5 Natural Homemade Facemasks (That Contain 2 Ingredients!)

Natural Homemade Facemasks

Tomato and milk (to brighten skin)

Tomato and milk contain healing properties that give you clear and brighter skin. Simply cut a small tomato into half, and pour two tablespoons of raw milk into a bowl. Dip the tomato in the bowl, mix with the milk, and apply all over the face. Allow the layer of mask to dry up before adding a second layer. You can add a third layer, as desired. Leave the mask on overnight, and wash off with cold water the next day.

Honey and Cinnamon (for acne)

These two are easy to find in your kitchen. They have anti-bacterial properties that fight off acne. To make this face mask, you will need to pour two to three tablespoons of raw honey in a clean container. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and stir the mixture to blend.

Apply the paste consistently over the face using your fingertips, and stay away from the eyes to avoid irritation. The mask may sting for a while, and the skin may turn red for a few minutes. Allow it to sit for five minutes before washing off with cold water. This mask is not suitable for people with sensitive skin or are allergic to any of the ingredients due to the burning sensation.

Honey and coffee grounds (for firm and youthful skin)

This face mask helps refresh your skin, and you can apply it once a week for best results. Coffee helps exfoliate, cleanse, and moisturize the skin. Mixing it with honey will boost blood circulation.

Simply mix equal amounts of warm honey and coffee. Apply the mixture over the face and leave it for about 15 minutes. Use a damp paper towel or damp cloth to loosen the mask, and wash your face with warm water.

Coconut oil and turmeric (for healthy skin)

This combination is great for brightening your skin by hydrating and moisturizing it. It helps reduce acne and blemishes, as well as fights wrinkles and fine lines. You will need two tablespoons of coconut oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix the two well until there is no more lump.

Apply the mask over your face, and give it a gentle massage. Allow the mask to set for 30 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. If your skin stains after using turmeric, use lemon juice and sugar to get rid of it.

Egg white and lemon juice (for blackheads)

This mask helps even out the blemishes, reduce the size of the pores, and remove the blackheads. Simply beat the egg white as you add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix the two ingredients until blended.

Apply the mask over your face using a face brush, but avoid the mouth and eyes. Place a thin tissue over your face, and pat gently. Make sure to create holes for your eyes, mouth, and nose. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes or until it dries up. Peel off the tissue gently in an upward direction, and rinse off with warm water.
